SpaDiva offers a soothing personal environment. You are given your own cabin for showering, vanity including essential toiletries, bathrobe, and slippers which are yours to keep ! The slippers not the bathrobe just to clarify. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage, and have already booked my second.

The staff is extremely polite and respectful. My massage therapist was wonderful. Not only did she help get rid of all my knots, but she also gave me tips for stretching and breathing exercises! If you choose to go to spa diva, you're in good hands :)

Emilie who does facials and Zoe for massages. Very beautiful Spa with calming surroundings. Great front desk customer service. I will admit that at one time their services were poor and definitely not worth the cost. But I am happy to see that they are getting back to giving great professional services once again. But with that being said, there definitely needs to be some diversity sensitivity training given to some of their staff members. Some can come across a bit racist, especially some staff who do manicures and pedicures.. except for Oxana (she is wonderful).

Great experience. Felt safe even during the epidemic. Massage was fantastic and the facilities are great for a downtown spa. I would go back every week!
