I learned this year that this is the coolest, craziest, most liberating place where you could spend your saturday morning. For me personally, this is a safe space where I can learn and push my limits without judgement while being surrounded by people who are equally motivated and excited to learn and better themselves as actors and as individuals. Vanessa is that fun and loving teacher who will make you truly believe in your capabilities and grow so much in a short time span without even realizing. My motivation and passion for the craft are stronger than ever thanks to this place. I’m not planning on stopping anytime soon!

Acting classes are fine but make sure to be extremely careful with the dance teacher Sonia Clarke. She insults, verbally abuses and even threatens students. she doesn't know how to teach and is obviously in need of treatment, which i hope she gets. I would recommend this school to actors in the area but you have been warned regarding that ''teacher''

A true gem. The 3 month intensive full time program is a must for any actor who’s looking for training that’ll push them. The schedule is carefully tailored so that that each course compliments the other. There’s an excellent range of courses. From technique to meditation to combat classes and so many more, each course will make you discover something about yourself and help you understand balance in this industry. Also, the teachers are excellent. They each have a rich background and are passionate about their work which only fuels you to work harder. They truly want the best for each student. They will challenge and test you to keep you on your feet and push you further in your learning. There’s no room to stay in your comfort zone which is great because you’ll come out of this program prepared for all kinds of challenges. You also build beautiful, genuine connections with both the teachers and students because of the intensity of the program. You will have some of the most vulnerable moments without feeling vulnerable because everyone is there to support you and help you grow. From the moment they didn’t want to give the program virtually during the pandemic, I knew that HOA didn’t want to compromise their student’s experience. They didn’t want to settle and wanted to ensure that they gave each student the full experience they deserved. Before the program, I kept hesitating about where to train, whether I should study abroad or not, but this hidden gem truly competes with 2-3 year programs. I look forward to taking their other courses!!

I’ve been doing classes there for more than a year and I absolutely love everything about it!!! The exercices gave me the opportunity to work on myself, my vulnerability and to connect with my deepest emotions and I had so much fun! I absolutely recommend it
