Best gym in town. Lost 80 pounds in 1 year. The price is well worth it and Camille is by far the best kinesiologist i've had. Gym is small and friendly. Try it out!

Currently participating in the virtual sessions during quarantine and it has totally exceeded My expectations. Coach Louis always have a positive that makes you happy to train (some days it is the best hour of my day). He also makes time to talk with customers and develop a relationship. Other members are welcoming and you have the feeling that you are part of a team. I'm in good shape (training for a triathlon), but Coach Louis made a program that pushed me outside of my confort zone (without barely any equipment!?!?!) Definitely 5 stars

This place it is beyond my expectation. Everyone is amazingly friendly, humble and greets you by your name as soon as you walk in. The staff are professional and understand individual needs and they are not afraid to step in while your working out to guide you through! I can see results already, in which has motivated me to keep going and to push my self further! ... and, don’t forget to try their shakes, they are AMAZING especially the mango shake!!!
