This place is great! Customer service is top notch. I was in a jam and got help straight away over FB chat and the store wasn't even open. I (obviously) can't expect that type of service all the time, but to know they were willing to when they could, reminds me of why we should be supporting small business more than ever right now. As a new jacuzzi owner I had lots of questions and needed all the supplies necessary. 3 weeks ago my boyfriend and I found this hidden gem. Thank goodness EMMA was there to save the day! She guided us through what supplies we needed and how to get started. I am having a pool installed but I am outside the area where they will install a pool. However, the company representative went out of his way to answer my many pool related questions particularly regarding my options as to the type of pool best suited for my location. I feel that I am now in a much better position when discussing with either the concrete or fiberglass pool contractor even though I have not made a final decision on which one I will go with. From my experience on the phone I would feel quite confident in dealing with Picines et Spas Seychelles
