Yoga classes are perfect. A lot of them are designed to accommodate people with limitations and injuries. And soon they are starting kids classes. I recommend!

I love this place a lot! Amazing instructors with a lot of variety of classes and nice people. It's not just a yoga place, but also a place to make new friends and connect. Helped me out a lot to explore my personality and make important life decisions. Truly a gem for anyone searching for inner peace and tranquility of mind.

I love this place. So many different styles and instructors. Even martial art and improv. Feels more like a community not just another yoga place. Good place for exercise, learning and health.
