A great downtown location to practice yoga! I came to this studio in the summer of 2015 and was amazed by the knowledgeable teachers who helped me in my practice and introduced me to Iyengar yoga. Donna, Hart and all the amazing UYM teachers are there for their students and now with the addition of Ashtanga classes, they have something for everyone. Also, if you're looking into taking a Yoga Teacher Training (either basic or advanced), their trainings are amazing!

Really like their noon classes to have a break in the workday and align bones muscles and breathing. Props and wall supports help alot. Church view from their studio windows tops the whole experience.

Amazing teachers! They had a really deep knowledge of the postures and were fantastic at giving precise instruction. I had a really great experience and even got some individual help in a large class. These guys know what they're talking about.

This yoga studio changed my life. It is an incredible place. The teachers are well-known in the world of yoga. It is for those who are interested in studying yoga as something to learn and practice in life.
