This is a good project of houses style 'jumelée' in a very nice, exclusive and quiet town. The houses are modern and their kitchen are awesome. Personally, I consider the rooms and specially the closets very small. The price of one house is up $ 540k cad with the basement UNFINISHED, that's too expensive. Additionally, I think a house in a exclusive place like this must to have an independent laundry room, but in this case it is located at the social bathroom on the first floor. The back yard is too small.
