Very good martial arts school with a dedicated and authentic team. The workouts there are as good for technical learning as for the development of cardio and physical fitness in general. I recommend trying! Cordially.

I started Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at LVBJJ 3 years ago knowing nothing at all and received a wonderful welcome from the members and from Head Coach Lee Villeneuve.
