Good service with friendly sales personnel. They seems to not stock that much stuff anymore. Oftentimes I have to go somewhere else to get car parts. They always have good specials on selected items to hook clients. Be aware that price are not the same from one location to the other. Make sure that you look closely at their flyer or install the app on your phone in order to compare prices.

Was upset to find missing pieces in a big play set that I purchased originally, however the girl working alone in the return counter today (04-09-2021) was very polite and did her best to keep everybody patient with a kind attitude. The manager Stephanie came to help and offered great customer resolution quickly to make sure I left satisfied. 5 Stars for customer service to this Canadian Tire store for hiring good staff.

Used the curbside delivery option, was super easy & convenient. No searching & no lign ups! Took about 15 minutes in & out. Fyi, the reserved parking for this service is in front of the garage doors on the left while facing the building.
