Allstate Assurance: Anjou Agency (Par Téléphone)

My parents-in-law had a devastating fire almost a year ago while my wife and I were overseas and we couldn't be there to help them. Allstate sent a 'contents evaluator' named Claude to help sort out my parents' losses and their lives. Claude was as patient and caring as a nurse. He treated our parents like they were his own and made them laugh for the first time since the fire had happened. He somehow helped my parents recall everything they had, from the rubber bands in the office drawer, to a heat-resistant rubber spatula my mother-in-law loves to use for cooking, to the exact make and model of tape-deck my dad-in-law uses and loves but was discontinued. Even though Allstate was willing to replace the tape deck with a brand new modern component, Claude managed to actually find the exact same thing for my father-in-law because my dad loved it so much. He even consoled my parents and gave them hugs each time he left them. My wife and I didn't meet Claude but our parents still talk about him after almost a year. They're convinced he was an angel--So are we. Thank you Allstate for really keeping my parents in ''Good Hands'' as you promised. And thank you Mr. Claude.

I would Like to take the time to acknowledge The work and that these agents do on a daily basis every time I have to deal with them it's one of the few companies that I actually feel relieved to talk to I feel valued and respected the way that they take the time to explain and give you the best catered to your individual needs honestly very impressed and glad to be a part and definitely recommend them .
