Manoir Rouville Campbell

Beautiful hotel, okay rooms. But the service is deplorable. The employees are acting as if this hotel was a 1 star motel and it really affects the experience of staying there. I don't recommend staying here.

Where to start. Even in COVID-19 time, this hotel does its best to still make you feel like you're in holiday. The staff is happy to help even when they clearly are needed everywhere. The room are clean and tidy. You get everyday complimentary water bottle at the reception. A view on the garden is a must-have. It's so close to the main road and yet you don't hear any car when you're in the domain. Sure the pub was closed because of covid, but the spa was open, the swimming pools too and most importantly, the restaurant. We did enjoy the food in the morning and evening at the restaurant. The personnel was going above and beyond to be sure you have a great time. Shout out to Caroline for being such a great waitress, never missing a beat even when the place was full. Also to the maître d'hôtel for making us feel cared for. Lastly the spa, my partner and I had a wonderful massage ; exactly what we needed after our hike at Mont-Saint-Hilaire. The massage therapist listen to us and worked on the area we needed the most. We planned for 2 nights but loved it so much we stayed a 3rd one. 30 minutes from Montreal but felt like in another place altogether, a welcome holiday.

The place was clean, staff friendly and the food was great. There are plenty of places to sit in the courtyard to relax.

Good food, nice people and service

Beautiful location and nice park next to river Richelieu. Big parking lot is available. Friendly and helpful staff. There are many large events, e.g. weddings, birthday parties, so this place can be crowded from time to time. Try winter and summer season for a visit. Reservation is recommended.
