I go there when on vacation since it's closer to home than my other gym. I love it and wish I could go there more often. EDIT: I now go there full time!! Love it.

Great family oriented gym! My wife and I stopped in for a workout and had a wonderful time. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere and great coaching. Large class was fun and accomodating to our fitness needs. We had Chris, who was helpful and informative about both crossfit and where to go while visiting Montreal on our weekend getaway! If we are ever back in the area we wouldn't hesitate to stop in for another great workout!
