Best boxing center for young and old !!! The coaches are impeccable!

This is a great boxing gym the way it's supposed to be all out training, great coaches. They push you to be better and yes the looks of the gym are secondary. If you look for a place to flex and take selfies for your instagram, you might not like. If you look to get in real shape, push above your limits in a place where everyone is ready to help, this is the place. Thanks Eric, Yves and Rude Boy Roody!
