Yoga Lounge Montreal

I have adopted this studio for about a year now, and love all the teachers I have had the pleasure to take a class with. They are professional, understanding, very talented and passionate! The ambiance is quiet and full of good vibes. Everything is clean and spotless. Love it!

I'm in love with this studio. It is a gem in the East end. The staff, vibe, schedule, classes, and whole community are just amazing. They challenge me, revitalize me, relax body & mind and have really helped further my practice in a safe and supported setting. Just entering the place I feel instantly happy and the abundance of good energy... but when I leave, it's like I'm floating on a cloud :)

Friendly staff, great classes and clean. The place actually smells good compared to many yoga studios where this is not the case. I have gone to several studios in Montreal and this is my favorite. Sunday classes'@4:30 with Melissa are the best in town. A must try! (Jenny's classes are also amazing!)

I am a member of Yoga Lounge for some time now. There are only positive things to say about the studio. I cannot say which class or which instructor is better, they are all unique and fantastic. Thank you, Jenny, for making this possible.

I've been coming to Yoga Lounge Montreal pretty much since it first opened and am very happy with the studio. I enjoy the variety and high number of classes available on the schedule. The instructors are all wonderful people and very helpful. I definitely feel like my practice has improved steadily over the years and it is due to the attention given. I highly recommend this studio to everyone.
