A charming place that will charm you without doubts as much as me. Exciting, passionate teachers and very generous and caring people. Once inside, we forget each other ... and when it's over, we do not want to leave this warm and inviting place. A studio with a family spirit. Being a beginner, I was initiated to this practice gently, without pressure and while respecting my limits. Thank you for allowing me to find myself, to be with all my selves! To live, simply .. I recommend to everyone. ♡

A yoga studio in deep agreement with the philosophy of this art. Passionate teachers, for both children and adults! A warm, soothing atmosphere. They regularly organize several events, interesting to discover! I can not wait to get out of my basement with my yoga mat, and continue my prenatal classes in your studios! ❤️ A very special mention for Jean-Louis!
