After receiving a order of supplies from these folks, one of the paddles snapped off at the handle after only a couple of uses ($15 paddle, nothing expensive). After sending a photo the them, Marc dropped a new one in the mail. This was not a warrantee issue, and they were certainly not obligated to provide a new paddle. I will now be a long term customer. I would hightly recommend doing business with these folks. Small gestures are often the best ones.

My package was Lost. I called Ping ping Depot. They opened the query/ investigation with UPS. They found out it delivered at a wrong address by UPS. They assured me that they will take care of it as quickly as they can. They notified me about the investigation progress. In 2 days time, they sent the new paddle at no charge as a replacement. I thank Ping Pong Depot for going the extra mile and providing 5 star customer service. 5 star Product! 5 star Service/ Shipping/ Handling! 5 star professional issue resolution! 10 star overall customer service experience! I will not hesitate using their service in Future for Ping Pong and other sports equipment needs.
