Montreal vacation rental : Chez Patrac

Chez Patrac has it all!! 1) A great location that is accessible to the Metro, many cute cafes and restaurants, as well as a wine store and grocery. 2) The apartment is spotless and well appointed, containing anything you would need during your stay. This includes a kitchen and a beautiful and peaceful terrace. 3) Alain and Patricia are kind, responsive and helpful. This was our second time staying at Chez Patrac, and we will definitely be back again!

This is a fantastic spot for a vacation in Montreal with family or friends. It has two bedrooms, one of which has a second single bed. So, it could accommodate up to two couples or a family in comfort. As everyone says, the terrace is fantastic. The kitchen is also nice, and includes everything you need to prepare meals if you like. Metro access is easy, and if you enjoy Little Italy it is literally around the corner! We just stayed here again, and I can report that the apartment is even better with upgraded built-in storage in both bedrooms. Highly recommended.

I stayed for 18 days during COVID. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable. The host is fantastic and always available for questions. The back deck and plants were a great getaway for me and made the stay even nicer. Great locale in Montreal. Will be going back!

We just returned from a week's stay in Montreal. We were very happy to stay at Alain's place. The apartment is centrally located within easy reach to downtown Montreal and not far from the airport. There are restaurants and markets nearby. Alain was a most gracious landlord and the apartment was sunny and comfortable. We would gladly visit again and recommend to those entertaining a stay in Montreal
