It''s A New And Upcoming Place. Loved The Room. Its An Apartment! Not A Hotel. They Pushed The Opening So The Stove Did Not Work. Water Was Coming Out Of The Vent In The Hallway, Which Dripped Onto The Ground. No Staff Available To Help With Towels, Toiletries Etc. Waited For Extra Bedding Till 11p.m. I don't know about others but noise level at 4:30 am was a incredibly loud! Don't get a room near the street, too much shenanigans under the windows at all hours of the night. If your going to cater to American Tourists you need to speak a little more English. Bonjour we know. This place needs advice and a push in the right direction. If your the owner reading this get off your behind, and put some money into your establishment. You need end tables in your bedrooms. I have plenty of ideas in my head to make this place money just email me. The fact you only took 25 percent off the entire room for all the inconviences you need to rethink your position. One needs to spend money in order to make money.

I stayed here in the late summer, exploring Montreal’s art and culture district. The apartment was very nice and I had everything I needed. The staff were respectful and easy to reach. I felt independent. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace.

Nice staff. Great location. Amazing building. Very comfortable beds. Excellent value.
