Make sure when you running or bicycling your mouth is closed, otherwise mosquitos go to your mouth! FULL OF SMALL MOSQUITOS!

Fun place for family/friends gathering, fishing or beach activities. Weekdays are easier for getting a parking spot. Make sure you leave before sunset. Mosquitos are much stronger than you think. BTW, this park closed at11pm daily.

Amazing place for Kayaking and fun place to enjoy the scenic and natural beauty of this place. Very calm and relaxing place. I often go there with my son to enjoy the walk on the beachside, bike riding and kayaking at rouge river, you can enjoy and have good time at both places, Rouge River and Lake Ontario beach and park. Wonderful place to spend the day here. Highly recommend.

always a nice experience at the rouge. launched our non motorized boat here and spent an amazing day in the summer! nice connection to the beach.
