I must say, I like the set up , and it looks and feels as being in a drive in. Safety number 1 priority! We had a great time! Try it!

I go to this festival every year, and it never disappoints. Located in the heart of Toronto, and next to so much food and activities. You can see mainstream, independent, and international films. I definitely recommend going to see films you would never see again because they are not offered in America. One of my favorite things about going to the films is that you get to hear the direct and actors and actresses talk about the film. Make sure you go to midnight madness. The films are always wild. This year we saw a Native America zombie flick, and last year we saw a Bollywood Martial Arts film. We booked an Air BNB to save on money, and just went out when we couldn’t get back to the place. There is a movie for everyone. I would recommend buying a package of films, and choosing in advance in case a movie you want is sold out. I would also recommend a membership since things happen year round.

This year's Tiff organization for wrist bands was the worse not to mention the Fan Zone at the end of the red carpet. The sign to line up for wristbands on day one went smoothly but day 2 was a disaster. The front line up for wristbands was changed by more than one tiff volunteer and there was mass confusion during Hustler's red carpet day. Not to mention, the large number of staff or people doing nothing but acting line fans themselves on the red carpet blocking fans views and numerous times being begged and pleaded with to step aside to no avail. Fans waited over 3 hours in line to see the backs and head of people who had no business being on the red carpet and could not get to see any of the stars walking the red carpet. So disappointing and so unfair!
