A historical venue that has hosted a plethora of up and coming acts going back to the 1940's such as Jimi Hendrix, The Ramones, U2, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Bon Jovi, Moxy, Blondie and even The Rolling Stones. The ''El Mo'' is also a stone's throw (no pun intended) from Toronto's Kensington Market and one of the last relics of Toronto's dying club scene where live music is still appreciated. As of writing this review, I'm relieved to find out the El Mocambo will be re-opening with live concerts next month. Can't keep a legend down. Welcome back.

The El Mocambo is absolutely gorgeous inside since the new updates. Tables were distanced, still giving a great view of the stage. Carla Collins was hilarious!
