Got a flat tire and they were fast, courteous and even fixed something else on my bike that needed to be tightened at no extra charge.

Having tried out of of their bikes for a picnic last summer, I decided to see if they were selling any for this year. Minutes later I had the advice and service I was looking for and a deal was done. There is a reason why this well-run business has lasted all of these years in a busy market - the owner and his staff are first-rate.

Awesome reception, no wait time, nice people. I raised concern that the day rental cost us too high, but they replied half-day (4 hours) at $32 is not overpriced. Agree; after 4 hours pedaling in Montreal, you're ready to return the bike. I recommend.

I don't usually write reviews but I had to for this place. It is just awesome. I had the back-wheel of my bike stolen and in the process, the chain and deralor got damaged. I first took the bike to my regular bike repair shop, and they told me the repair might take up to 3 weeks because I had to order some parts (plus the service was terrible). So I got parts from another place and came to Ca Roule to put the parts together. The service was fast and amazing (they finished the whole repair in just one day, I came in with my bike on Saturday morning and they finished it Sunday afternoon). My bike is now as good as new, as if just store-bought. This place will now be my go-to for my bike repair. Plus the price was super reasonable. Thanks for a nice experience and please stay like this, don't change!
