Impeccable soft product with super attentive and friendly staff. Rooms very nice and well maintained. Arc food is delicious.

Great location and clean rooms! TV had limited options for channels so our kids didn't get to watch anything. We were told that we would be given a microwave in our room but that didn't happen. We planned our trip on this assumption so we could eat inside the room with the restaurants closed. However the hotel refused to provide it due to covid. Upon check-in they said that they can heat up food for us and even that was rejected the next day. Not having a microwave ruined it.

Great location, you can be downtown within a 7min walk and you are a step away from the seawall. Room are very spacious. The pool area is very nice. Service was excellent.

The service is nice. The rooms are great, they're awesome at hospitality, they even let us go out for 2 hours everyday, which really made our quarantine quite nice. But the reception staff is not available many times, I always have to hold for a while when I call. The food wasn't to my liking, especially the veggie burger was 🤢🤮.
