Mead Making for Beginners

When: Sep 27 & 28, 2019 | Fri 6:30pm – 9:30pm, Sat 10am – 3pm (date is being rescheduled) Cost: $250 pp* Intro to mead making is over two days, from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm on Friday and 10 am to 3 pm on Saturday. Friday evening is about sensory issues associated with wine and the Saturday is an active day where we learn about cleanliness and making a batch of Mead.  Participants can’t take the Mead away but we offer bottles of finished wine as part of the course fee.
