Helpful staff, great selection of popular gear and it's fun to walk around. Plenty of parking, a bit crowded, regular pricing is not great, but sales are not bad. A lot of SAIL-branded items that I personally avoiding, but give it a try, worth it.

First stop, they tried to sell us a bike too big for my son, then the second guy had the decency to tell us it was too big.

Staff was very helpful, much more than I would expect from a retail store. Regarding the other reviewer complaining about the lack of metric nails, lumber in Canada is not sold in metric sizes. Not sure if he should be trusted with a hammer.
