There were some great deals at this CT....I could not believe they didn't have many travel mugs to choose from, Well the shelves were empty for the most part. I found good clearance items, even wrapping paper.

Clean, great prices, helpful staff. Only downside was the cashier wasn't paying attention and scanned something that was laying around at her cash BUT the manager looked at the camera and reimbursed us right away.

Great owner(Pat!), no overselling/up-selling here. He is honest in what he sells. For those who think some items are overpriced it is not really the case - some stores have better deals on products than others (Depends on the Manufacturer/Distributor - direct or 3rd party seller)...

Helpful staff, great selection of popular gear and it's fun to walk around. Plenty of parking, a bit crowded, regular pricing is not great, but sales are not bad. A lot of SAIL-branded items that I personally avoiding, but give it a try, worth it.

First stop, they tried to sell us a bike too big for my son, then the second guy had the decency to tell us it was too big.

Staff was very helpful, much more than I would expect from a retail store. Regarding the other reviewer complaining about the lack of metric nails, lumber in Canada is not sold in metric sizes. Not sure if he should be trusted with a hammer.
