I found the facility to be very clean, welcoming and beautiful. Staff was helpful and kind regardless of my lack of French and despite it being very busy for a large event. The Museum was organized well for tourists or locals visiting. Close to shopping, food and other amenities....

Everyone was respectful also don't think every piece of art is actually nice but I guess that is for you to decide, the history of each artist is nice.

Is this the montreal equivalent of the pompidou? It's always been my favourite. Years ago I would spend the whole afternoon here. Its quiet& quirky. some installations could keep me engaged for hours. I went back for a visit this past summer and was not disappointed even during t...

I loved this show! I'm 70% bilingual and 'got' virtually everything. I was so happy to learn about Laflaque, a brilliant show that was running on Quebec TV for years. Chapeau is mulit-talented: I knew about his drawings, but didn't know that he made a TV show, sculptures, etc et...

Pretty comparable to wax museums I've been to in Niagara Falls but this one felt like it had a little more pizzazz. To get to the displays you travel up a couple escalators and down a dark hall with cool led lights. Prior to the display there is a five or so minute movie which w...

Definitely one of the must-see places in Old Montreal. Château Ramezay has one of the most whimsical gardens in the city. Make sure to walk around the grounds on both sites of this historical site. Don't miss the back garden. If you're visiting in winter, you will miss most of t...

I enjoyed by visit - I love historical sites and there were a lot of interesting artifacts on the main floor. Conveniently near the metro and Old Port.

A quaint little museum with a lot of history. A hands-on museum with lots of interesting exhibits that showed the history of Montreal through the eyes of the various people that resided in this house.

Great museum! One of my favourites in Old Montreal. You can climb all the way up to get a great view AND can also see guided tours of an archeological dig below the building. It is also very fairly priced!
