It's a nice quiet place to go for a walk. It's very cold. But on the edge of the quay. If it's sunny it can be very hot. It's calming as a place.

It’s a beautiful place and better weather yesterday Has a great time and great view, I really enjoyed capturing video clips and photos with my drone camera. The place has parking , benches to sit And enjoy the view. Hope I speak French soon..😊✊🏽

Service was slow and it was not very busy when I was there. But the view and the food made up that that shortcoming. It was worth the while after a morning's cycle exploring Quebec City to stop here for a cold one and a burger.
