We had a great time on this city cruise. Well worth the price. It last a couple of hours going from the port to nearly the Falls. Lots of great history shared by the tour guide (over the PA system). Plenty of options for seating ranging from various height decks, side rails, ...

We have been using their services for many years and there were a few mistakes here and there but half the time it was our fault and not theirs. Nothing bad to say. Any time we are worried about something we just call the driver and he will let us know how to handle it.
