The festival is splendid! Wonderful poetry, fine food and drink, fabulous venues, gracious hosts, and a lovely city. This is a decentralised festival - it takes place in cafes, patisseries, restaurants and pubs. One of the great beauties of poetry is that it deals with the depths...

We came here on October 31; they’ve closed for the season, so the entrance is free, and only the southern part of the park is open. It’s a huge and beautiful park along lakes. We parked at the St jean des piles section, and hiked the Lac Solitaire (#13) trail. We didn’t exp...

Great experience, well maintained. The Audio Guide was helpful. Amazing views from the tower as well. The reservoir in the basement had some interesting projections. Courteous staff made the experience extremely worth the money. Tip: The visit is free on 1st Sunday of the month.

Vieille prison de Trois-Rivières

Definitely worth a visit if you are in town - it's amazing to consider that this prison was in regular use until 1986. The guides are very knowledgeable and illustrate the history with vivid stories.

This was one of the most interesting tours we've ever been on. It was fascinating!! The tour guide was very informative and you could tell he enjoyed what he does. The place was very cool. It was time and money well spent.

A very beautiful and large park suitable for picnics and walks, with soccer, baseball and tennis courts. Stunning views of the St. Lawrence River and the Laviolette Bridge. I recommend it to everyone, especially for families with children.

Great place to walk and talk, watch the big ships float under the bridge nearby. Must be good in the summer as a place to cool off and just chill. Was used as a half way point meeting between Laval and Trois Rivieres during Red Zone Covid.
