The salesperson was very knowledgeable, and helpful I ordered snowshoes on Tuesday and received them the next day (Wednesday). Very good service I have told some of my friends and they will be buying from this store.

I've mostly had good experiences here, but it really depends on which staff member you get and how busy they are. For example, I bought a bike here, which was supposed to come with 5 years of free basic tuneups (basically just look at it and make minor adjustments I think). Anywa...

A boutique with a limited selection, but the selection is all the high quality stuff. I like the small size and personal service. I am a regular here for shoes and the owner remembers me and puts on the special touch. I also buy cold weather stuff here. Crème de la crème

Try on shoes without having socks, no problem, the store provides them and gives them to you as a gift, one less stress in the safe shopping scenario. Thank you

Helpful staff, great selection of popular gear and it's fun to walk around. Plenty of parking, a bit crowded, regular pricing is not great, but sales are not bad. A lot of SAIL-branded items that I personally avoiding, but give it a try, worth it.
