Helpful staff, great selection of popular gear and it's fun to walk around. Plenty of parking, a bit crowded, regular pricing is not great, but sales are not bad. A lot of SAIL-branded items that I personally avoiding, but give it a try, worth it.

First stop, they tried to sell us a bike too big for my son, then the second guy had the decency to tell us it was too big.

Staff was very helpful, much more than I would expect from a retail store. Regarding the other reviewer complaining about the lack of metric nails, lumber in Canada is not sold in metric sizes. Not sure if he should be trusted with a hammer.

I went there because my car started to make a weird sound. They told me to get my car in the garage, checked my nuts on my tires and the problem was solved. No waiting, no charge. I will definitely keep going there to buy my stuff. Great service!

Quality might not be the best, but nothing can beat the price/quality ratio and the cool shopping experience.

Massive store and it's all kept clean and organized. They have a wide variety of good-quality items. Friendly staff willing to help out, as well. We'll definitely be back.

A bit overwhelming when visiting for the first time. Be careful of the sizing, not all sizes are what they seem to be. Great prices and lot of choices on a lot of things. Employees are great and resourceful.
