I made a reservation for October then Montreal and the surrounding area went into the red zone so we had to cancel :( Their staff was super understanding and were excellent to deal with. I'm looking forward to going next year. 10/10 customer service.

INSANE EXPERIENCE! Everybody should jump from an airplane with a parachute at least once in their life but most importantly at Parachute Adrenaline. The staff there is so friendly and fun. You feel like you're with a bunch of friends and you're just having a great time together....
