Went for the first time to the women's boxing. Chris was such a good and patient teacher. I had a blast and it went from a little scary (walked in when it was a bunch of guys and 2 in the rink) to so much fun. Learning the technique and all. I will definitely be going back!!

Amazing gym. The trainers are so down to earth and friendly and know how to push you just enough for you to reach your max potentiel. They made me want to step back in the ring again. 10/10
