It's really a perfect place to get in shape, there is no one who judges you and the Oscar coach is very friendly and every court is different so not routine, it's complete as training 😀

Having trained at this place for 1 year, I find it an excellent gym. To learn boxing with champion Stéphane Desormier or just to get back in shape, it's really worth it. You will have lots of beautiful encounters and a beautiful atmosphere animates this gym. I recommend it 100%.

Most probably THE BEST boxing gym in Montreal. Coaches have many years of professional experience. It is also a friendly and welcoming environment. Highly recommend it.
