New hotel with no carpet and right next to Mont orford and close to 3 main beaches ( Stukely, Fraser and Magog). The hotel staff are nice and helpful.

Comfortable, a little run down, but not expensive! A good walk to their private beach but a good swim. No coffee in the room, apparently an additional charge? Plus had to ask for soap and shampoo but could be just an oversight. Off the main highway so great place to walk ...

Excellent little motel. Friendly and helpful owner. Walking distance to the quaint town of Magog. Also close to Owl's Head (30 mins). I would definitely stay again.
