Absolutely perfect. We've have been guests for more than 7 years and it never disappoints even though the neighborhood has changed so much. Also, posting a review about forgetting something doesn't help anyone. Grow up.

Beautiful hotel. It’s hard to decide where to stay in Montreal with so many great hotels, but this one is perfect if you like a classic, older hotel. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The staff was very nice.

Top notch service in the heart of the Old Port. I was automatically upgraded to a corner unit upon arrival. Rooms are very spacious and nicely updated. Thanks to all the staff for my memorable stay, will be back.
