Highly recommend this is a 5 star hotel ''Home'' to stay when away. Spotless, clean, all staff treat us like family. Shout out to Arushi Sharam and all other staff such great service! We always look forward to returning to the Queens.

Was poor only when the night shift worker works there, was very rude and smacked my hand with a stick. Never nice always points his fingers even tho we’re always nice. The day time shift workers are amazing helps lots and asks if we need help.

I love this hotel it's cheap and the rooms are always clean it might not be a five-star hotel but it's good if you just want somewhere to stay for the night whether you're sleeping or partying etc
